We hope you’re happy with your Pavo purchase. If you decide it’s not quite right for you, you can return most items to us within 10 days after receiving your order.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all returns and exchanges.
- Product is expected to be returned max 10 days to be proceed for exchange or refund in form of store credit (i.e if you received your purchase on Jan 8th, then you have time to ship back to us until Jan 18th)
- The merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and/or unused with the hangtag and/or label still attached to the product(s).
- PAVO accepts exchanges if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
- Final sale items cannot be returned and exchanged.
- All exchanges shall be subject to the merchandise availability.
- If your item is out of stock, we may exchange it in the form of store credit or other item that has the same price.
- If the received returns do not qualify or meet conditions above, PAVO has the right to not accept any exchanges or returns. The merchandise will be sent back to the customer.

We only receives refunds in a form of Store Credit that can be used for any future transactions with PAVO.
